Awkwafina has been gracing our film and television screens for years and has been garnering more and more attention with each new project. From her roles in Crazy Rich Asians and The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance, it is no wonder she made history during the 77th Golden Globe Awards this past Sunday with her monumental win for Best Actress in a Musical or Comedy Motion Picture for her work in The Farewell.

Awkwafina is the first actress of Asian descent to take home a Golden Globe in a lead role in a film category and only the sixth woman of Asian descent to receive a nomination for a lead role in a musical or comedy.

Today, celebrity makeup artist Kirin Bhatty shows us how to achieve the award-winning look with LORAC products:

COMPLEXION:

1. Prime the face with PRO Skin Glass Skin Primer on the high points of the face (the bridge of the nose & above the lip) to create a glass-skin effect
2. Use the PRO Skin Matte Primer on the forehead, chin and cheek area to mattify shine
3. Apply PRO Soft Focus Longwear Foundation  to even skin tone
4. Use PRO Soft Focus Longwear Concealer (in a shade two shades lighter than foundation) to spot treat and conceal imperfections
5. Define and sculpt the face with the TANtalizer Buildable Bronzing Powder in Sun Daze
6. Swipe Light Source Mega Beam Highlighter in Celestial on the bridge of the nose and above the lip to illuminate 
7. Finish with Color Source Buildable Blush in Prism on the apple of the cheeks
8. Set the face with POREfection Baked Perfecting Powder

EYES:

1. First, apply shade Karat from the LUX Diamond Palette to the entire lid to set a shimmery base color, and then layer shades Diamond and Radiant on top
2. Then blend the LUX Diamond Crème Shadow in Cashmere to the outer lid to even out the tone  
3. Create a sharp, angled wing along the top lash line with the Front of the Line PRO Liquid Eyeliner
4. Top the lashes with two generous coats of LUX First Class Lash Mascara
5. For brow dimension, apply PRO Matte Eyeshadow Palette in the shade Corduroy

LIPS:

1. Line the lip with Alter Ego Lip Liner in Pin Up to create a precise shape
2. Fill with the PRO Satin Lip Color in Currant to accomplish a long-lasting matte lip
3. Finish with Light Source Mega Beam Highlighter in Celestial in the inner corners of the lip to add dimension
